# We built the tool we wished existed.

Rinkta started inside Primevise — our own software studio — because every existing time-tracking and invoicing tool got in the way. So we built one that doesn't.

The story

## Built by an agency, for agencies.

Primevise — the studio behind Rinkta — runs the same project tools you do. Asana, GitHub, Linear, Slack. We hated rebuilding invoices from scratch every month, so we built the system that does it for us. Then opened it up.

The problem

### 37 hours a month, gone.

That was the average our team spent every month chasing time logs, reconciling spreadsheets, and reconstructing what got done so we could send invoices. Time we should have been billing — except we weren't tracking that either.

The fix

### Capture the work, skip the timers.

Rinkta plugs into the tools we already use, watches tasks get completed, estimates the time, and assembles invoices automatically. No timesheets, no monthly reconstruction, no surveillance culture. Just the work, billed.

What started as our internal tool now runs the billing for studios across North America, Europe, and Australia. Same problem everywhere; same fix.
