Most agencies switch over without importing historical data — Rinkta starts capturing fresh from your project tools the moment you connect them, and the new entries are usually more accurate than the old self-reported timer logs anyway. If you need historical hours imported (for revenue analysis, tax, or contract continuity), email us and we'll handle the import.

Do you handle data securely?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Primary databases run in EU data centers (Frankfurt, Amsterdam) with geo-redundant backups. Rinkta is GDPR-compliant and we sign Data Processing Addendums on request within one business day. Full details, sub-processor list, and SOC 2 status at /security.
