## How it works

Connect ClickUp to Rinkta with one click. Pick your workspace, hit authorize, and you're done. Rinkta starts watching for completed tasks right away.

Someone finishes a `task`. Rinkta reads the task name and description to see what got done. AI looks at the scope and details, estimates the time it took, then logs a billing entry tied to your client and project. It happens instantly.

Time estimates reflect what the task actually describes, not arbitrary guesses but you can adjust them in Rinkta if needed. The work of reading, calculating, and logging is already done.

Set up your clients and projects in Rinkta first. Then connect your ClickUp spaces to those projects. After that, every completed task lands in the right spot without you touching it. No labels, no sorting, no head scratching about which ClickUp space belongs to which client.

## Configure

Go to Rinkta settings and authenticate with OAuth2. Pick your ClickUp workspace, give it permission, and Rinkta sets up webhooks to listen for `task` updates.

Webhooks catch when tasks hit `completed` status. AI reads the task details, generates a time estimate, and sends it to your Rinkta projects. All in real time.

Link ClickUp spaces to Rinkta projects so finished work goes to the right clients. Webhooks fire instantly when tasks complete, so billing entries show up right away.
