Connect your Toggl Track workspace to Rinkta in one click. Authorize access and the integration starts running immediately.

Rinkta watches your Toggl workspace for new and updated time entries. Every logged hour syncs into Rinkta within seconds, alreadyattached to the matching project and client based on your mappings. Billable rates, currencies, and tax follow whatever you've setup per client in Rinkta.

Because the hours come straight from Toggl, there's no AI estimation step — the time is exactly what your team logged. Group,filter, or edit entries in Rinkta before issuing the invoice.

Map your Toggl projects to Rinkta clients and projects when you set up. After that, every tracked hour lands in the right accountautomatically. No manual exports, no spreadsheet juggling, no end-of-month scramble to figure out which Toggl entry belonged towhich client.

## Configure

Workspace administrators authenticate via OAuth2 in Rinkta settings. Choose your Toggl Track workspace, approve project andtime-entry permissions, and Rinkta registers webhook endpoints for time-entry events.

Webhooks fire when entries are created, updated, or stopped. Rinkta processes each event and posts the hours to your mapped Rinktaprojects in real time.

Connect Toggl projects to Rinkta projects at the workspace level. Tracked time routes to client accounts based on these mappings,so billing entries appear the moment hours are logged in Toggl.
