All prices are in USD and exclude VAT (added at checkout where applicable).
European customers can also check out in EUR via Polar.

## What is an operation?

A single billable unit of work tracked within Rinkta. Each of the following
counts as one operation:

- Billable entry created from a completed task
- Invoice sent
- AI analysis run
- Email analysis run
- MCP agent invocation
- Integration message read

Everything else is unlimited: projects, clients, tasks, team members, and
integrations themselves.

## Anti-persona / when Rinkta is not the right fit

- Solo freelancers and 2–4 person teams (admin overhead is not acute enough at this scale).
- Teams that don't bill clients by time or project.
- Enterprises requiring on-premise deployment.
